Your city’s Apple & Google developer accounts
Your municipality must create, own and provide its Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts. Account registration and membership fees are paid directly by your municipality and are not included in the subscription. We guide your team through setup and app publication.

Who is this app designed for?

What does the citizen app include?
News, events, citizen requests with photo and location, request status and official replies, one-question polls, a municipal AI assistant and resident settings.
Can we personalize the app for our municipality?
Yes. Your logo, colours, app identity, neighbourhoods, request categories and content are configured for your municipality.
Can we reach specific neighbourhoods?
Residents can choose a neighbourhood and switch between All and My Neighborhood news. Without a selected neighbourhood, they stay on All.
How does the municipal AI assistant work?
It answers questions in a continuous conversation using the documents supplied by your municipality. Supported answers name their source. If a confirmed answer is unavailable, the assistant says so.
Can residents follow their requests?
Yes. Residents can see Request Received, Response Received and Request Closed updates, and read an official response from the municipal team. Contact details are optional.
How does pricing work?
One complete app, priced by municipal population. Monthly plans start at $975, with a 24-month commitment. Each plan shows the full value of the initial two-year contract. All amounts are in CAD, before taxes.
Can we renew after two years?
Yes. At the end of your two-year term, you can renew for another two years at the same price and service terms by mutual agreement, subject to your municipality’s procurement requirements. Hosting, maintenance, support and app updates remain included. There is no automatic renewal.
Who provides the Apple and Google developer accounts?
Your municipality creates, owns and provides its Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, and pays the associated fees directly. These fees are not included in the subscription. Guaraná guides your team through account setup and app publication.
